Native to regions of Africa, Arabia, Australia and Madagascar, this large citrus-like fruit is packed with fiber and vitamin c whilst it also provides a high source of vitamin B6. It is also loaded with antioxidants and polyphenols, compounds to help protect cells from oxidative damage and help reduce inflammation in the body.
M A C A
Grown at very high altitudes in the harshest conditions of the Andes in central Peru, is Maca, also known as peruvian ginseng. It is packed with nutrients and minerals including potassium, calcium, copper and iron as well as vitamins B and C. It has been praised for increasing libido and fertility, whilst also helping relieve symptoms of menopause.

Hibiscus is packed with antioxidants due to its high concentration of anthocyanin compounds. These antioxidants are well known for their key role in helping prevent damage to cells caused by free radicals, and, in turn helping prevent from disease and premature aging.

Highly nutritious, the indian gooseberry is packed with vitamin C, known to be a powerful antioxidant and vital to our nervous system, immune system and skin. It is also a good source of Vitamin B5 which is needed for creating fatty acids, and Vitamin B6, which is needed by many enzymes and cells in the body in order to function by converting food into energy.
B E E T R O O T
Beetroot has long been used for medicinal purposes, primarily for disorders of the liver, given their stimulating effects on the liver's detoxification processes. The pigment that gives them their rich purple colour, betacyanin, is a powerful antioxidant known for its cancer-fighting properties. They are also an excellent source of folic acid, fibre, manganese and potassium.

High in saponins, these antioxidant compounds are known to help prevent cells from free radical damage and have shown to help reduce free-radical skin damage. Additionally, shatvari also contains racemofuran, an anti-inflammatory, and has long been used in ayurvedic medicine as an immunity boost.
