Beginning with our ritual foot bath, lay back and settle in for this deep restorative ritual... To begin this healing ritual, a dry body brushing technique is used to stimulate blood circulation. You are then cocooned in our luxurious self warming, Copper-rich Arizona Desert Heat Mud - naturally rich in healing and nourishing minerals, Magnesium and Zinc. We then take you deeper into this restorative journey with a full body deep tissue massage, for longer lasting ease of tension. Leave feeling completely nourished and restored. Ideal for athletes, ageing skin, and those prone to chronic pain, rheumatism/arthritis, muscular fatigue and post sports injuries.

>Our classes are first come, first served - we recommend booking your space to avoid disappointment. >Please arrive for check-in 15 minutes prior to class. >Our Yoga Studio is a 'No Phone Zone' we like to switch off from the outside world. We kindly ask all phones to be set to off/airplane mode/silent at check-in to avoid class disruption. >We respect privacy, we don't allow any video recording or photography in our studio. >Membership holders, please refer to your membership policy. >Refunds are not accepted.
