Flowing on the beautiful sounds of crystal singing bowls & traditional Himalayan bowls, you will be guided into a deep meditation. A journey into the depths of your inner peace, nourishing the mind, body & spirit. On awakening from your sound journey, a nourishing vegan dahl & tisane will be served in our Yin Room to ground you for stepping back into the busy world. *Our studio is fully equipped with mats, blankets, cushions & bolsters, though you are very welcome to bring your own for your own personal comfort.
