SHIPPING POLICY
At Mundus, embracing the beauty of nature is the heart of our concept.
We hold small quantities of stock in-house, ordering from our suppliers on demand. This allows us to keep our waste & impact on the environment low.

All items will be sent via DPD, Next Day Delivery at an additional cost.
Please note;
Large furniture & any other items which are not held in-house, will be ordered on demand with our Supplier/s. Once they're received in-store by us, we will notify you and send them out via our courier. We advise allowing 2 to 4 weeks.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Our products are handmade using natural materials, offering slight variations due to the nature of the material and the individual craftsmanship.

We hope you love your item, however if you receive an item you are not satisfied with we can offer an exchange. Please be advised the item must be returned in it's original condition within 7 days of your receipt & housed in its original packaging.
In keeping with our minimal waste & impact on the environment low, we only offer exchange.
